Problem description

When a new driver joins the workforce, he/she needs to learn different routes in a short amount of time. During his/her career some new routes may be added, or routes may be changed temporarily or permanently. Every time the driver has to learn these routes, which requires a lot of time, manpower and effort of the driver and his/her colleagues.

To learn a new route, another person has to join the ride and show the route to the driver. During this ride he or she will show the driver certain important points the driver has to remember (take a wide turn at some crossing, stop on the right distance at a bus stop, where are the bus stops, …). It is hard for the driver to remember everything while driving.

How can we make this process easier, less stressful and more efficient?
